What to Expect on your visit
To Flint Hills Dental Group
Whether you’re new to Flint Hills Dental Group or you’ve been coming to us for years, we want you to feel right at home. To make sure that you have a smooth visit with us from beginning to end, we’ve provided the useful information below. Take a few minutes to read through this so that you’re better prepared for your upcoming appointment. If you have any questions about our dental office or your visit, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help you however we can.
Patient Forms for
New & Existing Patients
You don’t have to wait until you’re sitting in our waiting room to complete our new patient forms. You can give us the necessary information beforehand by downloading and filling out the forms below. That way, as soon as you arrive at our dental office, you’ll be ready to go immediately.
Scheduling
Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we may schedule a new time for you.
Fees
We work very hard to control the cost of dental care. It’s part of our philosophy that quality care should be available to everyone. Our first rule of thumb: before any work is performed, we’ll sit down together and go over our estimate of charges – every detail.
Payment Policy
We ask that you pay for services on the day they are completed. We do accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit for those who qualify. If it is not possible to make full payment, we will be happy to discuss alternative financial arrangements. The way we see it, there’s always a way to get the help you need.
Dental Insurance Welcome
To help our patients make the most of their dental insurance benefits, we’re happy to help fill out your claim forms and answer any questions you have. Dr. Huslig is the premier provider for Delta Dental and PPO Providers for Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
